Who can join?

South Jersey Sudbury School admits students, ages 4 - 19, who desire freedom and responsibility in their education and who are willing and able to follow our rules and policies, which are voted on at School Meeting and passed by majority vote.

Students may enroll throughout the year. A discount is offered for siblings. Needs-based financial aid may be available. See our Tuition page for more information.

What's the process?

While school is in session, our enrollment process begins with a five-day Visiting Week. Successful completion of the five visiting days is a prerequisite for all transfer students (e.g. those who enroll while school is in session). Contact staff below to receive an application. Bring that with you on your child's first day along with the $295 fee. The Visiting Week is a chance for your children to experience the school for themselves and for our students and staff to get to know them a bit. At the end of your Visiting Week if everybody agrees that the school is a good fit, your child can enroll.

During summer vacation, students are automatically enrolled without a trial week if they have attended at least one school event.  If you have any questions, use the contact form at the bottom of the page.
